Dr. Roger Schmidt graduated from the University of Illinois, School of Dentistry in 1976.  Since beginning his dental practice in Rockford, he has completed hundreds of hours of advanced dental training, with emphasis on cosmetic and full mouth dentistry.  He has built a reputation based on uncompromising clinical excellence, meticulous attention to detail and continual dedication to implementing the most advanced technologies in dentistry all in a warm and caring environment.

His eye for artistry is self-evident in his smile makeover cases.  Each smile is custom designed to meet the individual characteristics of each patient, taking into account details such as facials proportions, hair and eye color, and even personality.  This resulting in perfect, natural looking smiles.

Dr. Schmidt practices at the forefront of the ever evolving field of dentistry and is continually providing the most advanced services available.

Dr. Schmidt is a member of the Winnebago County Dental Society, Illinois State Dental Society, American Dental Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.  He proudly gives back to the community as a board member on the Children's Home & Aid Welfare Committee.

Dr. Roger loves practicing with his wife and best friend, Dr. Pam.  After meeting in dental school, they have enjoyed sharing their passion for dentistry for almost 29 years.  In his time away from dentistry, he enjoys playing tennis, snow skiing in the mountains of Colorado and spending quality time with his wife and three daughters.
