![]() | Christine On February 7th, one of our periodontal therapists, Christine, volunteered her time at the "Give Kids a Smile" Day. This national event is coordinated by the American Dental Association where children across the country receive free oral health services. It was featured in the Rockford Register Star on February 13th 2009. Volunteers from the Winnebago County Dental Society, Winnebago County Dental Hygiene Society, Crusader Community Health and select county agencies all took part. Free cleanings, exams, x-rays, and, in certain circumstances urgent care was provided for more than 100 children. |
![]() | Betsy In July of 2008, one of our clinical assistants, Betsy, traveled with her husband to Ireland. This is one of the Irish towns they passed through. "It's a beautiful country, and I can't wait to go back". It was a great way to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary. |

Mr. Mortenson left Rockford with enough money to build and sustain a school in Afghanistan for 5 years. |
