Betsy Tadder is our Certified Health and Wellness Coach. She received her certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She is also a member of the National Association of Professional Women.
Health coaching is relatively new in the wellness industry and is quickly becoming popular among those seeking to raise their level of health. When working with Betsy in private sessions, you create a partnership, a plan, and a path to help you achieve your wellness goals. The length of time you spend in a health coaching program is determined by your goal. It could be a few weeks, a few months, or maybe just an hour or two. It all begins with a conversation.
Group programs are also available. Betsy has developed a program called “Whole Food Living, Life Unprocessed”. This 12 week program will help you feel better and look better. All disease begins with internal inflammation. By eliminating processed foods you will reduce your internal inflammation and your chances of becoming ill. Keeping these groups small (no more than 8) will give you the attention you deserve in a comfortable, safe space.
